I'm new here and have been trying to research on my own, but am having a hard time finding what I'm looking for.

I starting having ovulation pains and husband and I did the deed. the next day, my Mirena IUD fell out. Since then I have felt very odd/different. I have been pregnant 3 times, and I feel slightly reminiscent of the beginning of those pregnancies. Crampy, sore breasts, spotting, vivid dreams...

I know that having the IUD removed after almost 3 years of is bound to cause some hormonally related changes, but I really feel different.

Is there a chance that with my IUD falling out, my ovulation, and having had intercourse that I could have fallen pregnant?

2 days after it fell out, I did bleed for a couple days, but not heavily, and it didn't seem as tho I was shedding anything. I've had light spotting since, but not regularly.

Right now I am 8dpo. Too early to test, but not so early that I can't shake this feeling.

Any input would help at all, thanks.

Ya, I guess that's what I'm left with. Is it even possible with the hormones that are in the Mirena?

Also, yes. I went to the restroom and the strings were practically hanging out. I reached in, and next thing I know its in my hand.

Oh no! I would go see my doctor asap. Get bloodwork done and get back on a BC if you're not ready for babies.

btw--- I just had mine removed last month and I have been experiencing a lot of the same symptoms. I do think that it has something to do with your body adjusting to the loss of artificial hormones.

Only a doctor can confirm your fears right now though.

I experienced many of those symptoms after my IUD removal too. Good luck!
