I would say pretty low because you had unprotected sex just two days after our period, CD 6. Even with just a 21-day cycle, you *probably* wouldn't ovulate until at least CD 10. However, sperm can survive for several days, so you certainly could get pregnant, even if a much smaller chance. That being said, every woman ovulates differently. The only way you will really know is to wait until AF arrives or test if she doesn't show up.
Its definitely hard to say since you are irregular and don't really know when you ovulate. But since your AF comes once every 3 weeks I would venture to say you ovulate fairly late in your cycle. I'd say you're chances of being pregnant are pretty low but you never know. I'd say just pay attention to this cycle and test if you don't get AF in an appropriate timeline.
