While there's no way to know for sure when you ovulated, we can try to make an educated guess based on how long your cycles are. If you have a "typical" cycle, you would ovulate around the 14th day of your cycle (give or take a couple of days). That would mean you'd have ovulated around January 21st. If so, the sex on the 17th *could* have done it, although it wouldn't be the best timing.
But it's very possible that you ovulated a couple of days earlier or later so you could absolutely have gotten pregnant. I would suggest waiting until at least February 1st before trying to take a pregnancy test and even then, it might still be too early.
