So as it is right now, I feel pregnant.
I can't explain it, but I feel...different down there.

I quit my birth control in the beginning of January (around the 2nd or 3rd), and had sex every night (at the very least, every other night).
Around the 27th, I began to experience light spotting which, after some googling, I suspected to be implantation bleeding.
On the 30th, I took a pregnancy test that resulted in a negative.
I had a feeling it wouldn't work that early...

Anyway, I've been bleeding on and off since then, with it being the 4th of February today.
It's been varying between light and mid-heavy.
I don't think this is a normal menstrual cycle, as they were never this bipolar and never more than three days long.
Also, when I'm on my period, my right knee aches like no one's business.
Don't ask. It's just one of those weird things.

In addition, my lower abdomen has been sore. But my breasts aren't aching or anything (could it be because they're Ds? Maybe the bigger they are the less effect...)

Is there a great chance that I could be pregnant?
If so, when should I test again?
Would a blood test be more accurate?

Hi and welcome! With a negative pregnancy test, it seems most likely that your body is adjusting to coming off the pill. You are probably having a regular period right now...it just seems different because it's your first month off the pill.

If you want to confirm it with a doctor, it doesn't hurt to get a blood test, but it seems unlikely to me that you are pregnant.

Are you trying to get pregnant? If so, you might try using ovulation predictor tests to help you pinpoint exactly when you'll be fertile, especially since your cycles may be off for a while.

Hope that helps and good luck to you!
