I have a question and am a bit confused. My last period was 1/6/12, and we didn't use any method of bc on 2/1/12. Took a pregnancy test 2/5 and 2/6, both were positive, two lines, First Response good quality tests. I'm excited but think it's weird that it could detect it 4 days after conception. Feb 1st was also the only day it could have happened. What does everyone think? Is it possible?

Did you have protected sex at all before that? Because 4days after conception getting a positive does seem awfully soon. Were they obvious bfps? Or could they have been evaps?

We've been using pull-out method for about a year and a half, never got pregnant, but there was no pull out on the first (he said it "felt right" ha!), so I am confident that is when it happened. They were two very clear lines, really obvious. I did some research and it seems tough to get a false positive, I checked them on time and got positive today and yesterday morning...I'm kind of puzzled a bit, it was really quick.

Another possibility is that your last period wasn't actually a period, but rather implantation bleeding. If the positive lines on the tests were clear and dark, I would suspect that could be the case.
