So for the past week I've been nauseated everyday, when I think about food it makes me sick and not hungry anymore. My breasts and nipples are super sensitive and sore, I'm always so tired that I've been able to sleep all night which I never do. I noticed some unusual vaginal discharge lately, normally if I have any it's near when I O and that's it, but I had some on my undies (which never happens) and it had some light brown in it. I have been cramping but it's not my normal AF cramps, AF cramps hurts so bad I have to lay down with a heating pad for days. This is a slight cramp that goes away if I get hungry, the only thing is I'm not due for my visit until tomorrow. But this is everything (except the discharge) that I had when I had chemical pregnancies. I took a test 3 days ago and it was BFN but after 10 mins there was a line which I guess is an evaporate line. I'm waiting until Saturday to take my last test, we live in the country so I can't run to the store anymore for one thing. But the reason why I'm worried is because I've had these symptoms before and it was a chemical pregnancy. I can't emotionally handle another loss, so does it sound like I'm pregnant again? And if so is there anything I can do to hopefully keep it from being a chemical again? I could really use some advice, I have no one I can talk to. If anyone has any advice I'd love to hear it.

I'm sorry about your chemical pregnancies. Often times, there is nothing that can be done to prevent a chemical, however since you've had two already, you might need your progesterone checked. If you find out that you are pregnant, I would call the doctor immediately. Does your doctor know your history with chemicals? If so, he or she may be willing to call you in some progesterone and then do a blood draw to check your levels. But with that in mind, the sooner you know, the better.

If it turns out that you're not pregnant this month, I would suggest ordering some "Internet cheapies." That way you can always have a whole stash of tests on hand and you won't have to worry about driving into town to buy more. They are really cheap...like 20 to 50 cents each.

Good luck! Please keep us updated.

I had 2 early losses in 2010, my RE doesn't call them chemical, just an early miscarriage. One of mine was close to 6 weeks and the other a little over 4 weeks. It doesn't sound to me like an early loss since your tests were negative, usually enough hcg s produced to be picked up on the hpts. I would look into progesterone, this was my issue. My progesterone was too low and so with my last baby I had to take 200mgs of prometrium twice a day from 2dpo, then I had to go up to 600mgs a day because it wasn't enough for me.
