So I'm trying to wait AF out...but she's just not showing her face. She is however giving me her lovely cousin twice removed....CRAMPS. Which is making me think that she's coming any day now. But since my cycles aren't regular I want her to come already so that I can start charting and getting ready for BD this month and next month.
And I know this is silly, but I googled if there was any way to jump start a period. But all I've gotten is get on birth control pills. Well hello!!! That kinda defeats the TTC purpose! LOL
OK...I feel better, just had to vent that off a little. And maybe AF will grace me with her presence in the next few days. I just hope not on Valentine's day!
Do you use OPK's to predict when you ovulate? They are really helpful especially if you know the length of your luteal phase (average is 14 days). This way once you have the positive OPK you pretty much know when AF should start.
The doctor can put you on progesterone to jump start a missing period. If I remember correctly, you take the progesterone for a few days and when you stop, AF arrives.

is that something I'd have to go to the OBGYN for or can a family doc do it? Cause of where I live....I'm an hour and a half from a town with real doctors and a walmart. LOL
