I can tell you that I was POSITIVE my cramps were AF cramps. I always get cramps about 4 or 5 days before I start. So when I got them they felt the same to me, although some ladies will say they could tell the difference, but mine felt the same. But as I get closer to AF, they always get worse, but this time they didn't. They stayed the same. And so even though I was sure it was AF it wasn't

And at times, they felt strong, but only on and off. I had cramps with this pregnancy for the first 9-10 weeks on and off. The OB said it was normal. I had some very light spotting once or twice with it but nothing big and it only lasted a day at most for me. I had increased CM from the start, it was one of the reasons I thought I might be pg. I still have a lot of CM on and off. As long as the cramps don't get really bad and you're not bleeding, I'd say you have a shot at being pg for sure.

Some ladies don't get a BFP for a while. Give it a day or two and try another HPT. Get some $ store tests, they're good and save money. GL to you.
