Okay, so if you are three days late, then you were expecting your period at about 20 dpo? What are you using to track your ovulation? The reason I ask is because a woman generally ovulates about two weeks before the start of her period, give or take a couple of days. In fact, there is one school of thought that basically says you can consider yourself pregnant if you make it past 18 dpo without a period.
So since you haven't had a period and your tests are negative, I think you ovulated later than you thought. Unfortunately, the only real way to confirm ovulation at home is by charting your temperature.
If you ARE charting and you're sure that you ovulated 23 days ago, then it's definitely time to get a blood test. But I think the odds are good that you just ovulated later than expected. This means, of course, that you could still have gotten pregnant--just later so it wouldn't show up yet.
I know how hard the waiting is. I hope you get some answers soon!
