Hi guys,

So my husband and I just got married and got back from our honeymoon a week and a half ago. The honeymoon was perfectly in time for my my ovulation, and we were trying to get pregnant. I am now 3 days late for my period, and so I took 2 Safeway brand pregnancy tests and they both had the hardest to see almost invisible second line. So I went out and bought a pack of easier to read digital tests, and I took 1 and it said "not pregnant". I am never more than a day late for my period so I am wondering what to think? I'm going to take another test in 5 or so days if I still do not get my period but it is literally driving me crazy and making me so anxious I can't sleep so I am looking for advice. Please help!!!

The digis aree hard to get a good reading without having a good amount of hcg in your system. But if you are two days late I would think it would have enough. You might have ovulated later than you thought. Sometimes your body can gear up to o and it just not happen for a few days. Due to stress, lack of sleep, heavy drinking, any activities that are out of the norm. I would pick up a pack of answer first pink dye tests in a couple of days if it is still late. Also sometimes the stress if waiting for af to arrive will be enough to delay her appearance. Hope this helps!

If you had faint lines that were pink in color on your other tests, it sounds like you may be early into pregnancy! I'd test again with first morning urine using a pink dye test!
