Ok, so last week I was having a lot of lower abdominal pain that culminated one night in an hour of the worst pain I've ever felt in my life! I went in to the dr two days later and they didn't give me an exam but I peed in a cup and I had a bladder infection which they put me on antibiotics for. They did a pg test too which was negative.

Now AF is 4 days late and for the first two days I had really mild cramping and all day yesterday I had a lot of white/clear CM. ( tmi, sorry) I'm not having any sore breasts or nausea but my breasts have never gotten sore around period time. Should I test? I have a well woman exam next week but the paranoid side of me wants to think that if I am pg that horrible pain is related and that would be really bad.

I know that a bladder infection can cause abdominal pain so that's probably the true cause of your pain. If you did conceive this cycle, last week may have simply been too early to test. I would take another test now since you're definitely late for AF. Good luck and let us know what happens!

I got too anxious and tested. BFN. (I thought a saw a faint line but I held it up to the sunlight and it didnt show so I guess I'm just crazy.) If it gets to a week with no AF I'll try again.
Any possibility that my cycle is off and the CM I had yesterday was my O?

I can tell you that many years ago I had a bad bladder infection and it caused my AF to be late and I was not pregnant. If you still get a neg test and no af by the time you have your exam then ask for a blood test
