So my boyfriend and I don't use condoms, I know bad but that's not the point. I missed 2 pills a few weeks ago. I'm on seasonique and that was I want to say week 8 or 9 of the pack. We had sex the first day that I missed my pills. I found the pack 2 days later and took all 3 pills. I'm feeling kinda off. Tired all the time, a little nauseous (although no vomitting yet) backache bad, and I gained 4 pounds in a week. What is the possibility that I could be pregnant? I work 40 hours a week as a waitress and am next in line for manager, also there has been issues in my social life. What do you think? I lost a child two years ago and have always dreamed of having another. Please help me out. (I haven't tested yet and am still on my pill just in case I'm not pregnant)

Hm, it is hard to tell what's going on when you miss pills, even if you take the make-up pills, your hormones may be a bit wacky for a week and give you
"symptoms" like nausea, break-through bleeding, etc. Pretty much anything that happens when "hormonal" can happen when you miss pills. I know when I was on the pill, if I missed just one, it would make me feel a little off afterward. If you missed the pills 3 weeks ago, I would think a pregnancy test *might* come back posiitve by now if you are pregnant...but it is hard to say when the earlest you could take one is, since you don't know when you ovulated. If pregnant, a test generally comes back positive about 14 days after you ovulate. Hope this helps some!
