Hello!
I am 23 years old, my spouce and i had unprotected sex on may 7th, where he didn't pull out. My last period was April 27th. I am always 28 day cycle, sometimes even earlier, never late though. I should of got mine on the 25th, it's now the 27th. I started cramping on the 22nd and though, yup for sure AF was coming, and literally for the last five days i've been running to the bathroom every 20 minutes with a tampon in hand, but nothing. A tiny little bit of white discharge, mild cramping nothing intolerable though. Just really annoying. I've taken two HPTS, and both were negative. I did one this morning with morning urine too. I don't have any other symptoms either, besides my one nipple hurts, but it's the pierced one..so i'm not sure if i I just snagged it on something or what. I am a little more tired than normal, otherwise I feel fine.
Is it too early to test still? I don't know whats going on! Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's most likely that you ovulated later this month for some reason or another. If you aren't sure of your O date then the best thing to do is just give it a couple more days then test again. If you O later then it won't show up yet and AF won't start yet either.

Agreed. If you aren't tracking ovulation, my bet would be you O'd late as well.
