Mine is not due until tue I was thinking of going to the dollar tree to get the elchep ones but do I need to wait until I miss my p I know they sell the early tests what do you lady's recommend like ok few days before or wait until I miss or miss a few days? I have for so long had a hubby who was "not ready" now that he is lol i am so excited to try I know we only did the dead once thanks to his sced but I was ovulating it was July 25 we did the bad thing lol what do u all think

The longer you wait the more accurate and clear the results are.. that being said.. I took a walmart cheapie 8 days before AF was even due and got a positive. It took the entire 10 minutes allotted for reading to get it but it was there. the Dollar tree ones showed up the next day as well just really faint Good luck!

well...if you can hold yourself back until you miss your period then its the best choice of course...but you can also start testing at 10 dpo...but you might get false negatives....good luck and be patient

Sorry I meant when I tested with the Dollar tree ones the next day they showed BFP as well, not that they didn't show a positive until the next day.. my preggo brain gets the best of me some times and I end up not typing what i mean clearly! Good luck!

It's best to honestly wait till your AF is due.but you can test anytime it may just be to early to get a positive.

I've gotten positive tests as early as 10 DPO (dollar store ones).

It is better to wait til you are a few days late because normally you'll get a pretty obvious and bright positive if you were pregnant.

With that said, if I have any thought that I could be, I can't stop myself from holding my pee and testing.. When I was TTC I got cheapies just so I could start testing at like 6-7 dpo because I'm impatient!!!!

If you are going to test before your period, best thing to do is to use FMU, or, if you are like me and can't wait, hold your urine without drinking more then some sips of water to kill thirst lol, then pee in a cup and if it looks concentrated dip that test lol

just take a test...you know you want to I'm impatient and I have always had a hard time waiting.
