I am beginning to wonder if I should pick up an hpt.
A lil background: My cycles are so completely irregular. Years ago my GYN had me on bc to stay regulated. Didn't help. I've also conceived while on bc. So to me it's a waste. My latest stint on bc was back in April after an ER visit due to heavy bleeding lasting nearly three weeks. Yeah that was fun NOT.
So anyway, my lmp was the beginning of August. Expected af again sometime the first two weeks of September. All I had was one instance of bleeding. Super heavy clotting type bleeding. Only lasted maybe 2 hours max. And now nothing since.
Could that have been implantation bleeding?
I have five children and honestly don't recall any other instances of implantation bleeding. I hardly bled even after giving birth.
I'm debating on getting a test or two. While another child would be a welcome blessing...it would certainly add to the already over loaded stressors around here (both of us are unemployed, living with ILs~although that is nothing new. I moved in while still in college and we've not been able to afford moving out. Our family has just grown over time.)
It can't hurt to pick up a test. I would if I were you. Although implantation bleeding is usually very small in amount, everyone is different. Testing may give you the answer your looking for .... Good luck
