Hello. I am confused and excited all at the same time. I am 32 and have had PCOS since I was 16. I have always been around 180-190... I do not have cycles with out meds, however inthe last 6 months I have lost 25 lbs. I have been on metformin.

Last week my spuse and I had intercourse, and I took OPK kits all which said negative (Keep in mind though i have PCOS) I did however seen a drop in my BBT and had whatI think were ovulation pains (Aleternating dull pains inmy lower pelvic area). Its now a week and a day later today on thursday... Yesterday I had slight Cramping and light-med spotting/bleeding, today Ihave none. I took a test it was negative but I would only be 1 week. I did have a slight headache durring the spotting it couldbe caffene withdrawls but I have not been drinking coke i have had some with tea so imnot sure. I also have had a little bit of lower back pain and cramps near my belly button. Any thoughts?

*** I'd post my graph, but I can not post attachments***
