Hey ladies.
So, I'm wondering if what I've been experiencing for the past few weeks are an indicator of pregnancy. I have had a pregnancy "scare" before, but it ended up just being my period. This time it feels different.

For probably around three weeks or so, I've been having this weird white-off white discharge that sort of resembles cloudy egg whites. It had a pretty strong smell - I don't really know how severe "foul" is supposed to mean when describing it, but I can smell it through my jeans and I personally think it's a little gross, haha. Two weeks ago (after 1 week of this), I started bleeding. I thought, "Okay, no biggie. It was just the standard stuff before I get my period." It was really odd timing, considering that I'd just ended my period about two weeks prior, but Aunt Flow is notorious for being unreliable with me so I just went with it. It was pretty light and was gone after two days, replaced by the discharge once again.

I also experienced a week or so of pretty bad lower back pain, but I am almost positive that was just from my horrible posture at the computer a day prior to the start of it.

I haven't (yet) experienced any nausea or dizziness or anything else like that. Just the grossing out of the baby cannon. Am I pregnant? Is it too early to take a home test?

Well it never hurts to test however with your cycles being unpredictable you really don't know if it is too early to test or even if you ovulated. The discharge I don't think is a sign. Sometimes I get it and I am not pregnant right now. I think that depends on your body that month. A Womans body is constantly changing!

I agree, it never hurts to take a test. Make sure it's a FRER though, as they tend to give better results (in my opinion) ...

However, the discharge can be from a yeast infection, especially if it has a "foul" smell and is creamy white.

I'd test, but also see a doctor. Those symptoms can also be a sign of an infection (bacteria, yeast or STI).
