So I was SUPPOSED to ovulate 19-22, last time I was sexually active was the 17th, it is not the 30th and for 3 days now my uterus feels achy, back hurts, bloated, tired and moody, and a bit nauseated throughout the day. I'm not charting or anything like that. I was just kind of hoping someone would be able to tell me if they felt like this and then got a positive test. Thank you (new here, hope I posted in the right spot)
If you aren't charting, how do you know when you were supossed to ovulate?
Unless you're charting or taking OPK's, determining when you're ovulating is usually a crap-shoot. Most "calculators" use the standard 28-day cycle with ovulation happening at day 14. Very few women actually follow that trend. For me, I can have cycles from 28-35 days and ovulate anywhere from CD 14-19.
"symptoms" can also be a shot in the dark unfortunately. I know before I got pregnant, EVERY month I would have "symptoms" like you describe and then I would not be pregnant... actually the one month I didn't have any unusual signs was the month I was pregnant.. .lol
Good luck. I hope that you get the result you want!
