To start, I'm 19. I had sex while on my period- on days 1-4 (March 12-15). My period ended on March 18th which was day 7. I know it's not common to get pregnant while on your period, but I did hear that sperm can live for 3-5 days. My period was due today (April 6) but I didn't get it. Usually, about a week before I get it, my face breaks out and my boobs starts to hurt. Then about 5 days before, I begin to get cramps. However, none of this has happened. I've been getting small cramps every once in a while, but they're nowhere near as strong as my usual cramps. For the past few years, my period has come totally regularly, every 27 days, and I'm almost never even a day early or day late. It could be late because of stress, but I haven't been getting any of the usual symptoms of my period. I don't really have any pregnancy symptoms either. Can you be pregnant with no symptoms? Is there a chance I could be pregnant at all or am I just worrying for nothing? Also, is it too early to take a test since I'm only one day late (and I had sex only 3 weeks ago)? Thanks for any input!!

It all depends on when you ovulated. If you ovulated early following your period then, yes, it is possible to be pregnant without symptoms. But, as you said, this could be stress.

My last pregnancy I didn't have any of the classic symptoms until I was around 6-8 weeks approx. That's when I started with the nausea and breast tenderness. I had headaches from the start, but I put the blame on cutting back on caffeine since I'm a heavy coffee drinker down to 1 cup a day. Now, I'm around 2 weeks preggo (i think, just found out yesterday) and the only symptom I have is cramps like AF is coming. Which I also had with my previous.
I hope everything works out for you. I was 18 when I had my first, and I know how scary it can be.

If you think you could have gotten pregnant 3 weeks ago then a test would be accurate now. Just get a HPT and take it. After 3 weeks it should be pretty blazingly positive if you are.

I just took an early response test and it came back negative... Should I take another one? In a week?

Did you have sex after that during your cycle? After 3 weeks, a test is very accurate. You could wait another week and if no AF then retest to ease your mind. You probably ovulated late or having a skipped cycle, it happens to the most regular of us GL
