What is one symptom that has always made you think... hmmm I'm pregnant?
My biggest pregnancy symptom is migraines. I almost always start having problems with frequent migraine when I am pregnant. If I start having a lot of them right around the time AF is due, then I usually start thinking something's up.

The only symptom I ever had was getting prominent veins on my legs. I remember shaving one night before finding out I was pregnant the first time and thinking "Wow!, why am I so veiny?". We weren't trying then, so it being a pregnancy symptom had never crossed my mind.
No symptoms early on. We've had some months where we thought I was pregnant and I had all kinds of pregnancy symptoms, I wasn't pregnant those months. The two times I was actually pregnant, I knew it was possible but didn't think I was, I had no symptoms at all and really did not think there was a chance I was pregnant. So I say my symptoms were no symptoms and being convinced I wasn't pregnant lol.
The only early on symptom for me is cramping. I never get the sore boobs, etc. until after I have been testing positive for a good week. The cramping usually starts up right around when implantation would take place and continues on. That's usually a good sign for me that things did what they were supposed to.
