Alright, so for the last three days I have not been feeling myself.
Usually, before a period, both of my breasts get very very tender under the armpits, I'm fatigued, and I mood swing all over the place. This usually starts about three or four days before, with a huge peak in weepiness the day before.
My cycles are normally 30-31 days long, but last month I had a 25 day cycle instead. Which totally threw me off for this month, because I'm not sure when AF will be coming.

So fast forward, I am 9DPO. I have breast tenderness underneath on my right breast only (seems almost to just be on the outside edges), sharp pains through both, a "heavy" feeling in my pelvis, and backache.
On top of all of this, I am not only peeing more frequently, but I keep getting the urge to pee and only a little comes out. This has never happened before. Also my urine smelled a bit...burnt. Sorry TMI.
I took a First Response today and it was a BFN.

Now here's my question: Does your ovulation influence AF in anyway? For example, if you ovulate early, will AF come early?
I'm wondering because according to the ovulation calendar, I was supposed to ovulate on the 10th with a 31 day cycle, but I O'd on the 5th, and now have no idea when my period is supposed to be due??

Thank you ladies.

The only way to know for sure if you ovulate is by temping or it is confirmed by U/S.

If you ovulate sooner in your cycle, AF will come sooner. Your LP typically stays the same length every cycle. If you ovulate late, you'll get AF a little later but your LP stays the same.

With the urine related symptoms, is it possible you have a UTI?

^^that.

If you indeed ovulated on the 5th, you're 11 DPO today, so I would test!

That is exactly what happens. If you ovulate late, then your AF will be late and since you are using a calendar to predict your o date, there's really no telling when AF is actually due. I'd probably go with your typical cycle length of 31 days to decide when to test.

I was thinking the same thing. The urgency without being able to urinate alot makes me think uti. I'm like this ALL the time, but I've had five kids and have had bladder issues since high school.
