I'm a new member and just thought I'd write a post to see if anyone could weigh in on my situation.
My last period started on Dec. 20th and lasted about five days. If my math is corrected, which it may not be because I'm new to this, that puts ovulation within the first week of january. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex in the 30th of december. I sometimes experience a discomfort in my lower abdomen during ovulation but it's typically short and not very intense. However, for the past almost two weeks, I've had a constant tightness/discomfort in my lower abdomen that sometimes goes into my back. My appetite is off the charts, yet I get regular waves of nausea (not to the point of actually getting sick but close). I've been extremely moody, worse than PMS kind of moody.
Since I'm not 100% on the specific ovulation date, I'm not sure of what dpo I'm at. My cycles are usually 28 ish days so now I'm just waiting to take the test.
If you dtd on cd 10 you were likely in your fertile window, so it's definitely possible. I agree with Rachel, your symptoms seem pretty early to be pregnancy symptoms. They could be unrelated. It's hard to say because some girls notice symptoms really early. I think you'll have to wait it out. I think you'll need to wait a few more days before you can test.
Missing my Mommy Weightloss & Fitness girls. You're the best!
