Okay so my cycle is a little whacky this month (ugh!) but I believe I had some ovulation spotting back on the 17-18th so I should be about 12-13 dpo, and I itch everywhere! My legs, arms, back stomach, bb's....everywhere. I don't have a rash and I haven't changed any soaps or detergents, so I am a little confused. Also when DH and I were BDing last night I got some lower abdominal discomfort in certain positions (sorry TMI). This happened early on in my first pregnancy. Anyone else had this unusual symptom? Any input would be great. Thanks!

I remember having an itchy belly and bbs but not real early. I do remember DTD being uncomfortable early on, especially certain angles. sorry I don't have more!

Nothing that I could find suggests itching as an early pregnancy symptom. Everything that I read says that skin conditions come in the later months of pregnancy. If this itching persists, maybe you could try medicated lotion. Good luck!

Im not saying its not a pregnancy symptom, but do you live in a dry climate? Where I live, this is the time of year to get dry, itchy skin. Maybe that is the cause.

Hmmmm....i don't believe "itchy skin" is an early sign of pregnancy. I know the itchy skin starts later on the months of pregnancy because of the stretching and such. Hard to say at this point if you are pregnant or not by just that alone.

It is hard to say. It is the time of year that people get really dry skin. I know I have been having major problems with dry and itchy skin myself but it is just winter related for me. But on the other hand I remember my belly getting itchy when I was pregnant.

I am going to hijack this for a second and say, this makes me kind of hopeful becuase yesterday, BDing was soo uncomfortable, it made my lower stomach twitch weird and it hurt in certain angles...

I would think it's got to be something external that is cuasing your skin to be so itchy. Sometimes even if you have't changed anything, your skin can become sensitive to things it is used to. Try changing your soap/detergent around and see if it helps. Try like a fragrance free kind or an allergy one...
