How do I go about getting temp custody and them regular custody with me as primary? I've been in fredericks life since he was born. His dad deployed a lot and I stayed home and watched him, fed him, bathed him, etc.

And according to c/s division the car payment isn't considered part of c/s. So we've had no financial help except for 50.00 one time since November 2009.

He never calls, never sent anything for Christmas, birthday, or Easter either.

I don't really have the $$ for an attorney. I'm working 35 hours per week at 7.25 an hour plus paying 220.00 a month for day care (thanks to 4-cs), 100.00 rent, gas, diapers, clothes, etc.

Call legal aid in your area and see if you can get a lawyer. He NEEDS to pay CS! That is your primary concern right now. It is HIS DUTY to support his son! Since he's military, you may be able to get some help from them but that needs to be NUMBER 1!!! Talk to them about the custody issue also but most importantly, you need that CS so that you can care for your son.

I've filed for c/s but it could take up to 12 weeks if he fights it. I've signed and filled out the interstate paperwork. Now it's up to Florida to enter it and serve him.

Right now I just need to get custody order and vistation in place.
