OMG
I found out today, that after nearly a YEAR of waiting for good news on my child support enforcement...
THEY HAVE NOT EVEN HAD A COURT ORDERED ENFORCEMENT!!!
Turns out they sent the father a notice in the mail and papers for him to fill out. Well, they sent it to his mom. She sent it back saying she had no idea who he was or where to find him. Which is obviously a lie, because she co-signed for him on everything including his car.
Well, after finding all this out, I had to drive across the city in rush hour to get to the DCSE and sit down AFTER i go online and in the white pages online, low and behold, is his moms address, which they said was an invalid address. AND i got his current one, though they already have his social, birth and place of employment. I gave them copies, so i took them the screen shot prints of his new address and hers so they could document that she lied and is hiding him from enforcement. GRR
I dont know where to go from here. >.< Stupid Phoenix. But bleh i had to rant about it. Sorry.

Sorry you're dealing with that. I've been waiting since dec 09 for something. This c/s division office finally did what they needed to do.

The way I see it, never, ever budget, plan for or expect to see any child support. My ex will be just over $6700 in arrears in a little more than a week.

His drivers license has already been suspended, he has Federal Deduction orders in place (to get any tax return money etc - but this is the 5th one & I have yet to get anything from that), and he was recently served with a summons for court by the enforcement agency for a Default Hearing on November 4th - he risks going to jail at this point; all because he refuses to be financially responsible for his children.
