We filed in September, had our hearing in December (mandatory 90 day wait), and then it was finalized at that point.

My divorce took a year & then we battle custody for 2 years.

We filed November 22 2011 and have a mandatory 60 day wait so since Jan 22 falls on a Sunday everything should be final the 23rd of this month!

it took 2 yrs, in Canada you have to be living separately for 1 year before you can even file.

3 years, 9 months due to custody battle

Papers filed in early September 2009, we had a case management hearing in October, and our case settlement hearing was on January 4, 2010. That was the official date of our divorce....so about 4 months.

I havent filed yet we have to be seperated one year and one day before I can even file. So hopefully when that comes it will be quick. I already have custody and everything taken care of
