1. What formulas have you tried to control the reflux?

2. What formula did you find most successful?

We started out on Enfamil Premium and then, Enfamil Gentlease, Similac Advanced, Similac Sensitive, Similac Alimentum.
And we are now on Similac Isomil.
She has done the best on the Isomil so that is what we are sticking with and will probably go straight to Soy milk when she turns 1.

I'm glad that you found something that works!

I bf for 6 months, and then stopped because he had barely gained weight. We tried every formula out there, and he ended up on Similac Alimentum. It's great for us because he has food allergies (it is hypoallergenic) and his GERD.

2. What formula did you find most successful? We're using Simliac R.S and we add in rice cereal. For far this is the best.

We have tried Similac Advanced, Similac Sensitive, Enfamil Gentlease and Similac Isomil.
The one we are on now that seems to work is the Nutramigen A+, he hates the taste but is actually tolerating it now and seems to be able to keep most of it down!

We started with Nutramigen at 2 weeks because a LC recommended it but he didn't really need that. So we had to try Good Start Gentle Plus because we are on WIC.

Once we figured out we were dealing with reflux we started Enfamil AR. So glad we tried it. He's been on it for 6 weeks now. He can keep it down for the most part and he is not choking anymore! We can even lay him flat to sleep or change him right after he eats now. I know he still has some reflux but it's not too bad - it rarely comes out his nose or mouth - he usually just coughs a bit.
