What do you do for a living? Are you a SAHM or a working momma?

If you work outside of the home or work at home, what do you do?

I'm a SAHM. I worked for a little while, but was laid off. I decided to stay home because Wesley needed such special care, with the way he was fed, handled, and medicated.

I am a 4th grade teacher, but I took a few months off. I will be returning to work on Dec. 1. I hope I can get Natalie's reflux under control before I go back. I would hate to leave her with someone else who won't give her the care I do.

That's one of the biggest reasons why I stayed home-I was afraid another caregiver could not give him the proper care/attention when it came to his reflux.

I'm currently on mat leave until June 2011, so I'm hoping many of the reflux issues will at least be stable by then! If not my mother-in-law will be watching him when I go back to work, so at least I know I can trust her!

I'm a SAHM. I quit working last year when I was pregnant (I worked in real estate) because I had awful morning sickness. My intention was to go back to work after Abri was a few months old, but the reflux kind of made that impossible. I didn't want to put her in a regular day care setting where she wouldn't get the care that she needed.

I do have a little side business of making embellished onesies, burp cloths, pacifier clips, and wipes cases.

I am even anxious to leave her for a few hours b/c I know how trying her crying was when she was younger. All I can think is that it will stress the person out and they will shake her or do something else to her that might hurt her.
She doesn't cry like that anymore, but it still stresses me out to think about leaving her with anyone other then my sister who lives with me.

Wesley's Grandma (DH's mom) is the only one that watches him. We don't have a lot of family here, but she was there to give me a break when Wes was super tiny and would cry for 6 hours straight. She saw how bad his reflux was, and was able to stay calm (unlike me sometimes, lol). I ended up crying when he did.
