weaning him off the Prevacid. NOPE, not ready!

We also tried the chiropractor. He seemed to do well the first couple days, but possibly he was just having a good couple days. By day 6 without Prevacid, things were BAD! Within a few doses, everything was back under control and reflux symptoms subsided. One positive thing about the trial was that we found he is doing great on 15 mg a day, rather than the 30 mg a day he was taking. That is a great thing!

Wonder how long this reflux nightmare will last though....I don't love the tummy side effects of the Prevacid, however he CLEARLY can't be without it right now.

Aw, I'm sorry, I hope his reflux gets better. Poor little guy.
It's great that he's on less medicine though, hopefully in a few more months he won't need it anymore.

My LO is almost 4 months old and she's on Zantac .5 x3 a day, I can understand how stressful it is for the both of you. We're trying to get her on the Prevacid because the Zantac isn't working.

Poor baby! We tried getting Wes off his meds a few times, and had the same issues.
