What foods aggravate your LO's reflux? Do you avoid those foods altogether, or just feed them in moderation?

Hi. I'm new. I love to find out what foods to avoid with my son, too. Thanks.

Wesley had issues with cow's milk, but that is pretty common. We avoid citrus fruits and tomato sauce, since those things can give the average person heartburn. Sometimes he has a little ketchup, and seems to do fine with it.
