I realize this will be different for everyone, but just wondering what you've tried to help your baby's reflux that didn't work at all?

For us, adding rice cereal to his bottles did nothing. It comes back up just as easily as plain formula. His solids come back up too.

Elevating the crib mattress wasn't very effective either since he just slid down and ended up at the other end. Keeping him upright after every feeding just seems to delay the inevitable, but we still do that anyway. I'm sure I'll think of some other things. These are just off the top of my head.

Well, everything failed Anika eventually since she ended up w/ the fundo, but Reglan and prilosec worked together for a couple of months.

The raising of the mattress is crap I think, and keeping him upright is just what you said, delaying what is gonna happen anyway!!

Adding cereal to the bottle and Zantac were both worthless for us.

Switching to Tagament was a waste of time and money. I also think that raising the matress is crap. That didnt do a thing. Also.. burping after every ounce just made Alex pissed that he wasnt getting enough food and it didnt make a difference.

So far nothing has worked for us really...we do all the things mentionned by you ladies...but alas we haven't seen to much of an improvment...the medication seems to ease SOME (but not all) of his dicomfort so that's why we stick with it....whatever we can do to help him feel even a little less discomfort...
