Hi just wanted to share and know your views on how you teach your students
What are your favorite tools & software for teaching young, kindergarden-level children?

That’s great ! Why do you like Smartboard? I mean what does Smartboard offer that you really like and that you think will be helpful for kindergarteners?

I know that there are some cool apps for the iPad that help students properly form their letters...

I know our school has a set of Ipods that have appropriate apps for K students. I personally love the website Raz Kids. It's an awesome reading website where students read books and take quizzes. They earn stars for each book/quiz they read/take and can use it to buy things for their rocket.

It's a subscription type website though. Our school bought it for us last year and we all fell in love. Plus the books are great and have a lot of our sight words in them.
