Lots of recess questions today!

Do you have recess duty?

If you don't have duty, who supervises the kids?

How many adults do you have per number of students?

What do the kids do if there is indoor recess?

In my district all classroom teachers go out for recess. If it's indoor recess, the kids go back to their classroom. Most teachers have games and stuff that get pulled out for this. A few just show a cartoon.

How many adults do you have per number of students? Were each responsible for our own class, and of-course have an eye on the others.

What do the kids do if there is indoor recess? Mostly board games, crafts, dry-erase boards, etc.

So, each teacher goes out everyday for all (if there is more than 1) recesses with their own classrooms?

Yes, but we only have one recess and it's short (15-20 minutes---not NEARLY enough time IMO).

What do the kids do if there is indoor recess? go back to the classroom.
I have puzzles, blocks, legos, board games, computer games, math games...my students love inside recess.
