At the moment I'm a substitute teacher so:

1. Trying to help children achieve without knowing the ins and outs of their levels, previous knowledge and special needs.
2. Dealing with discipline issues as everything is a relative unknown.
3. Teaching from other people's planning!

Especially the first one! I've gotten better at the other two but that first is a killer.
