Horrible! Last night a tornado ripped through my little town. We saw it from my back porch. It was so close that we could hear the roar and saw the wind get sucked into the tornado. They are calling for more of it tonight. It is high 80s today with 50 mph wind. Crazy scary! A storm chasers posted a pic of the tornado as he drove past my road. Thank you Lord for protecting us. The boys were in the basement.

Here is the video. We only live 1.25 miles from the blue water towers in the video.

Wow, Angela! Scary stuff. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that you have an uneventful evening.

The weather here this weekend has been nice. Sunny and in the low 70s. Both my girls mastered riding two-wheelers without training wheels this past week, so it's perfect bike-riding weather. Tomorrow is supposed to be gorgeous, so we'll most likely walk to church and then spend the afternoon riding our bikes on some local trails.

This past week was my Spring break. On Monday, it's back to work. According to the five-day forecast, it's going to be a rainy, cooler week. I guess that's good (at least my break wasn't a washout!)

Yikes, Angela!!! That's so scary! I'm glad you guys are all okay!

Yesterday during the day was beautiful and in the 70s. Last night we got rain and a couple thunderstorms. I think we are supposed to get more storms later tonight too.
