Does anyone else have this sharpener? I just got mine yesterday and tried it out on a pencil and it was the best pencil point I have ever seen. I have read a lot of blogs from teachers regarding these sharpeners and I thought they were too good to be true, but they really are quiet and work really well. My husband bought us each one and a spare.

Took it to school today and attached it to my desk and tried it on a colored pencil. I was unsure about the colored pencil because we went through so many colored pencils last year trying to sharpen them but this sharpener worked! They have a little car sharpener that I might get later for students to use on colored pencils.

I haven't heard about it before - they are all sold out! I have an electric one, but the kids can't do their colored pencils in it. The waxy lead seems to break them faster.

I guess everyone's trying to get one before school starts! You could get the car one for $19.99 until the other ones are available.

This is what the pencil looks like sharpened and the colored pencil looked the same way. I don't think I've ever gotten a kick out of sharpening pencils until now. I'm such a teacher!
