Would you go into a classroom when a sub is there and tell the kids they are misbehaving if they were out of control and the sub was unable to handle them?

If you were a sub and the kids weren't listening to you, would you welcome the help?

Now, I'd appreciate it. As a new sub, it would have annoyed me and made me worry. Of course, it's not too often I have those issues anymore...

If my students are not behaving as they are expected to behave and I notice it I will let them know. If it's disrupting my class because I can hear them through the wall, yes I will definitely go in there and let them know that they are interrupting my class with their behavior.

We are told to step in and help if needed. As a teacher I would hope that a sub wouldn't be offended. I will not allow kids to run over a sub if I can help it.
