I have been teaching grade 7 & 8 for 5 years now but I'm moving down to grade 3 this year.
I am also working towards my Masters in Education and hope to be working as a Vice Principal for our school division within the next few years. My passion is Language & Literacy Development.
I hope that I can help you with your questions and I'm looking forward to gaining some insight as I embark upon a new adventure....PRIMARY STUDENTS.
FYI: in my city we don't have middle schools/junior high so our schools go from PreK-Gr. 8 and then Gr.9-12. So even though I've changed grades, I'm remaining at my same elementary school.

Wow! I can't imagine having all those grades housed under 1 roof! Our 5th graders are a challenge as it is. They are so much older now days that I wonder if they should be in "elementary school". Going from 7-8 to 3 will be fun & interesting!
