ds is only 18 days old and is eating every 30 minutes to every 3 hours, but usually is near 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I never feel full, even after 3 hrs. I did get engorged when my milk came in (day 3) and felt full between feeding times for about a week after that. I saw a LC when he was 1 wk old and she said he ate 3.5 oz during that feeding (by weighing him). I also do not leak at all and did with my previous kids. Is it possible that my supply has decreased since then, or is he already in the 3 week growth spurt?

Sounds like youre already in the 3 week growth spurt. As for not feeling full, its not aproblem or an indication of low supply In fact, it may just mean that youre feeding your baby on demand & your baby is doing a great job Many women dont leak or feel full or engorged, and it can vary just as much from woman to woman as it does from one baby to the next for the same woman

I wouldnt worry - clear your schedule for the next 3 days & just nurse nurse nurse - (reference the sticky called "3 day nursing sabbatical") and then you should be smooth sailing.

It sounds like your supply has just adjust well for your baby's demands. No need to worry!
