Dd has been nursing so weird for the past few days. Normally she nurses around every 3 hours (sometimes more often in the afternoon) for a good 15 minutes. But now it seems like sh's barely nursing at all. she'll only nurse for maybe 5-10 minutes tops, constanly pulling on and off. Plus it seems like she is nursing less often and just wants to gnaw/suck on her fingers all the time. She 's extremely fussy but doesn't seem to be sick, could she be teething already? Ds didn't cut his first teeth until around 12 months, so I'm not really sure...

Sounds a lot like teething to me. It could be a lot of things but that seems the most likely culprit from the description

My advice - just keep on keeping on, baby will likely get right back into the groove of things soon Try teething tablets, etc

get an amber teething necklace! I ordered Cadie's yesterday and can't wait for it to arrive. DH just doesn't believe she is feeling teeth yet, but I am convinced. They must be able to feel stuff way before the teeth actually come in. Her personality has been different, not just the 3 month "waking up" kind of different, sort of fussy.

She very well could be teething, some babies cut thier first teeth at 4 months. The decreased nursing could also be becuase she is becoming more distracted at her age.
