someone on my March board was told by her pharacist that thrush goes away on its own with 7-10 days... this isn't accurate, is it?

I wouldnt think so as its a yeast infection.......honestly, I think my baby has had it since birth because shes always had that constant white coating on her tongue. I didnt think anything of it until I saw white spots in her cheeks during one of her fits.

Absolutely false & they obviously havent had thrush before!!!

If you wait 7 - 10 days, I cant even imagine the kind of pain & problems that would ensue!!!

No way it has to be treated. My DD had Thrush at months and she was put on Nystatin for
7 days (I hope I spelled nystatin right)
