I had the same thing happen to my 4 week old on Wednesday-sent me into a tizzy. He only had one diaper with a bloody stool so I thought when we went to the ped two days later all would be okay-just a fluke. Well, they tested what I thought was a normal bm and turned out, he's still passing blood that I can't see. The ped called his green poop "mucusy" which I didn't realize either. The ped thinks its all due to a milk protein allergy in baby. So, I have had to cut out all dairy from my diet. Its amazing what all has dairy in it. Lala sent me some great links that have help so much. I thought I was going to starve myself and then, thru researching the links, discovered there is so much I can eat. If you want/need, scroll to page 2 to find my post. The links are in #2.

Anyway, hope this helps.
