Ok so I just so saw that awesome recipe for monster cookies (and I will be picking up the final ingredients for them later today). I make enough milk to feed Keira just fine, but there are times when my toddler is just up to no good or really wants mommy and me play time so I tend to give Keira a bottle or two during the day. I have no pumped milk stored anymore so I am just curious besides the cookies and whole non-instant oatmeal can help increase supply? I have more milk plus and goats rue in liquid form, do you think if I was to mix some into the cookies you could taste it? I had the capsules but I ran out and I cant seem to drink the liquid. Whenever I took the capsules I was able to feed her no problem and then at night if she was fast a sleep I could pump a good 3-6oz to store and still NOD at night.

Fenugreek is known to help increase supply. I just made oatmeal raisin cookies which I'm hoping might help increase my supply a little. Can you post the recipe for the monster cookies?
