Is nursing easier the second time? I am excited to BF again, but just wondering if it is as hard at the beginning as it is the first time.

Hi Erin! For me, personally, BF'ing has gone better the second time around although my 1st time wasn't all that bad. However, a lot of it depends on the baby, too. While you will be experienced at it, your baby will be just learning, so...it may take some time and patience again, but since you've done it before at least you'll know what to look for. And you'll know what to expect, in general.

I hope it goes well for you!

I had to exclusively pump for our first son bc of his frenulum he was unable to BF (then when it got clipped he refused). It was hard at times to pump and keep up with his feedings and everything else he needed. I was anxious to BF this time bc it hadn't worked last time. I have found that it is easier having the 2 of them and being ableto BF than it was to just have the 1! I have so much more time without having to pump as often!
