I was just wondering if this happens to everyone that BF's. Every day I get these somewhat pain sensations in both my boob's at the same time. It's always when she hasn't feed in a little while and it's almost like a sore feeling. There not hard and full but I dont know if it;s cause they are "full" that it's my bodys way of letting me know. kwim....it's hard to explain....

It sounds like it could be your letdown to me too. Have you ever noticed leaking when you feel it?

I get that when my milk lets down too.. I don't always leak a lot. Sometimes not at all. It usually happens when Karrigan or another baby, even on TV cries.

Yep, sounds like let down. Lukas is sleeping for about 9-10 at night now and I usually wake up to a letdown and wet shirt!

It sounds like letdown to me too. You may or may not leak. I don't leak all the time, in fact most times i don't, but i still feel the letdown even when not nursing.

Yep I get it too...it's my reminder that I need to nurse her...she's 14 months so it's just a few times a day. They tingle and it feels like my milk is letting down but I never leak.
