my left breast definitley seems to produce milk faster and in larger amounts. i feel like i switch off and use both equally, but say i don't feed for a few hours for whatever reason, i can count on only my left breast getting hugely engorged and painful. for the last few nights (LO has been sleeping longer lately) i've found myself in the bathroom, leaning over the sink with my left boob spraying milk everywhere while i frantically try to pump off the discomfort. its pretty noticeable too, i caught my DH looking at me funny and he asked "why is that boob so much bigger than the other?!" whats going on here!? do you think i can correct this somehow?
It's not uncommon, most moms notice one side produces more than the other. Just keep feeding on demand and switching between sides and it will even out on it's own. Since he's already 2 months old, I would guess it won't be too much longer.

I'm still lopsided too! I can feel it and see it! When I pump I get about 1.5-2x out of the left as I do the right! Usually I feed on the left in the morning and then when I pump after I still get as much out of that one as I do the right.
I'm almost at 3 months, and never evend out totally. During the day its to about an ounce difference, but in the mornings, its almost 3 oz different! I tried everything to get that side to produce more, but I think its just stubborn. haha.
