If your BFing what can you take for headaches. Is it like when your preggo and you can only take tylenol. I was hoping you can take eccederin cause thats the only thing that works...Just wondering sine i had 2 headaches last week and i didn't know what to take...

I know Ibprofin (sp?) is OK, not sure about Excedrin though. sorry not much help.

Hmmm...excedrin has aspirin, not sure if that's safe while bfing. You can take Ibuprofen though (Advil).

Edited: kellymom.com has aspirin listed as an L3 category with this notation: "Drugs That Have Been Associated With Significant Effects on Some Nursing Infants and Should Be Given to Nursing Mothers With Caution"
