How do you know if a BF baby has diarea? (can't spell sorry)

Karrigan usually goes once every 4-5 days. But yesterday she went 4 times and today 6.

Should I be worried? She does have a mild fever and congestion.

Honestly, I have no idea. It's not uncommon for a baby's bowel movements to be very sporadic. Abby would go days without pooping, then poop 3-4 times in a day. As long as she doesn't have a fever or other symptoms, I would shrug it off as just that.

When Walter had problems with me eating dairy, he would have diarrhea. I had to ask around myself, because I had no idea what was normal and what was a problem. His diarrhea was very very foul smelling, frothy, and sometimes watery with what looked like specs of green stuff in it. Ew..
