Do you use one?
Do you think they are worth it?
Any recommendations on where to get one?

I have one. It is pretty cool. I can't remember where I got it, I just googled nursing necklaces. I actually bought 2 different kinds, one is sort of clunky and has big plastic beads and plastic airplanes and objects, the other is a simple bead on a string. My son prefers the clunky plastic one over the other one. It's especially good to take when I go out in new places where he is so easily distracted by his surroundings.

I don't foresee myself getting one. To me, it's not a time for playing.

There was a magazine I read recently that had instructions for how to make one yourself, but for the life of me I can't remember which magazine it was! I thought it was a cute idea though, and when Jonah gets a little older we might try it if needed.

Angela! I don't know if you remember me or not but I'm Michelle from the choosing not to vaccinate board ~ I'm so stoke you're pregnant!

Back your question, I haven't done it yet but I think I might make one up. I was thinking cloth with knots and beads
