This Wed. I have to go for a 4 hour training course and won't be home to feed my lo. How much should I pump?

I would pump enough for at least 1 feeding. Pump however much you can, and then store it in 2oz portions. She'll likely take between 2-4ozs while you are gone, if she needs anything. Be sure to nurse her before you go and when you come home too, and she might suprise you and last the whole 4 hours!
